Our Executive Chef

Noel Geoffroy, Executive Chef of Open Road Catering, has worked in motion picture catering alongside some of the best caterers in the industry. This mentoring, paired with his passion for the culinary arts, inspired him to build his own mobile catering facility. Noel has been working in the culinary arts since 1998, obtaining his Red Seal Pastry Certification from Ecole Hoteliere des Laurentide, Quebec in 2005. Since that time Noel has cooked in numerous five-star restaurants and had the pleasure of working as the Executive Chef at the Westin Resort in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. In addition to cooking in fine dining establishments, Noel also spent time managing kitchens in remote, high-capacity oil and mining camps in Alberta, serving upwards of 200 to 1000 people per meal. This varied experience has given him the ability to provide clients with a fine cuisine influence as well as the knowledge and experience required to serve quality food in high volume, time sensitive productions.

At Open Road Catering, we can handle the numbers and take pride in our extensive equipment inventory, setting us apart as your one-stop mobile culinary solution. Our fleet boasts three mobile kitchen units with support vehicles and generators for each, all equipped to cater even the largest productions and second units. With a surplus of state-of-the-art fleet and appliances, rest assured, our equipment adheres to the most stringent industry standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
